Standard Pump, INC. is a major international player in the pumping equipment market. Official distributors operate in 58 countries, providing the opportunity to purchase from local warehouses. Most of the products are sold in the USA and Canada, as well as in Europe, China, Japan and Taiwan. The company continues to grow aggressively, constantly announcing new trade links.
STANDARD PUMP's main manufacturing facilities and headquarters are located near Atlanta, Georgia, in Auburn and Duluth. In addition, the company has several other locations on other continents. All SP equipment is developed on its own scientific base.
Production is aimed at developing high-tech products. Quality control is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the American organisations Demko and Underwriter's Laboratory to ensure the safety of the end product. The new production plant in Georgia occupies an area of 25,000 square metres and is the main facility.
Rotary Pumps
Rotary pumps are immersed in drums and barrels of liquid to be pumped. The pumps can be driven by proprietary electric motors or by pneumatic nozzles, eliminating the risk of explosion from sparks. The company offers a wide range of interchangeable accessories to choose from: sensors, dosing guns, filters, etc. SP Air Pumps are capable of pumping high volumes of liquid (up to 866 litres per minute) and are widely used in large-scale food and chemical plants. They are designed for simple daily cleaning and are resistant to solids. AODD pumps, like other AODD products, are available for a wide range of specific applications (transfer of water, waste water, aggressive media). There are also general-purpose models.
Pumps
Standard Pump. pumps can be used with mineral acids and other aggressive chemicals, which is achieved by using polyvinylidefluoride, CPVC, polypropylene. For food applications, SP uses fluoroplastic, polished steel and food-grade elastomers in the construction of the pumps. All Standard Pump pumps are equipped with power cut-out protection (they do not switch themselves on after a power failure), and have a speed regulator for sprinkle control. The organisation is ISO 9001:2008 certified internationally, and all its products are approved to North American (UL) and European (CE) standards.
